- Download the PDF waiver, review it, and sign it.
- Send a picture of the waiver to Coach Schmidt
- Bring Waiver and Payment:
- Bring the signed waiver and payment to your first session.
- Payment can be with cash, check or Venmo.

Disclaimer: Please note that the workout times listed do not include court time and are typically conducted outdoors. Be sure to dress warmly if the weather is cold. Participants are required to bring their own basketball or other training equipment (e.g., dribble goggles, St8 Shooter, Pure Shot).
